Returns
Two simple rules: unframed prints return within 30 days; framed prints are final sale. Damaged-in-transit replacements are separate and immediate.
Unframed prints
Return within 30 days of delivery. The print must be returned in its original shipping tube and arrive undamaged. We refund the print cost; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the order qualifies as damaged-in-transit.
Framed prints
Framed prints are final sale. Framing is built to spec; shipping is high-risk; the downstream return rate makes broad acceptance untenable. If a framed print arrives damaged, that falls under transit replacement (see below) and is fully covered.
Digital downloads
Non-returnable. Once the file has been delivered, the sale is final. We will replace a corrupt or unreadable file at no cost.
Damaged in transit
Different from a return. Photograph the damage and email within 14 days; we ship a replacement immediately. No return required unless the original is large and disposal would be wasteful.
